Who are we?
Project Heart to Heart Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit (Tax ID 46-5241095) started in 2013 by Minnesota natives and proud parents of a heart warrior, Robert and Courtney Kile. Project Heart to Heart Inc. provides support to families who have children born with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD).
What is CHD?
Congenital Heart Defects are the most common birth defect, occurring in approximately 1 in 100 births; about 40,000 children in the United States per year. CHD is the leading cause of birth defect related deaths.
The mission of Project Heart to Heart Inc. is to provide information, support and assistance to families battling with Congenital Heart Defects and to spread awareness.
Supporting the warriors, honoring the angels, never giving up hope.

A Pulse Oximetry (Pulse Ox) Test measures how much oxygen is in the blood and is normally done within 24 hours after birth. It can help determine if a baby has a heart or lung issue. Low levels of oxygen in the blood can be a sign of a critical CHD. After you give birth, make sure your hospital does a Pulse Ox Test BEFORE taking your baby home. Early detection saves lives.
